DigStep is a wellness game that turns your daily steps into digging progress. By using the app you agree to these terms.
The app reads your step count from Apple Health with your permission, used only to calculate digging progress. DigStep is not a medical device and provides no medical advice.
The optional Gold Stone lets you enter a short text prompt that our service interprets into a generated object. Do not submit unlawful, hateful, sexual, or abusive content, or content infringing others' rights. We moderate prompts and may refuse or remove any request. Generated results are for entertainment only.
The app offers consumable items and auto-renewable subscriptions. Prices and contents are shown on each purchase screen. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends; manage or cancel in your App Store account settings. Payment is charged to your Apple Account.
Your collection and progress are stored on your device. Deleting the app erases this data and it cannot be restored.
The app is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from its use.
We may revise these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
